STAIR FEEDING SYSTEMS
The advantages of stair-feeder systems are many. The two most important differences are that, firstly, the noise level is much lower than with traditional feeding systems. In fact, the level is so low that they can almost always be put into operation without noise shielding. Another big advantage is that the alignment and sorting of the items takes place linearly. It increases the reordering accuracy considerably and allows for the replacement of rails when changing parts.
Last but not least, it gives the possibility of having several lanes fed from one and the same stair feeder, which makes the equipment more compact.
